Burlington Condo Bathroom Remodels: One Layout, Multiple Styles
Many Burlington condo owners face the same challenge: how do you make the most of a limited bathroom footprint while creating a space that feels fresh, functional, and uniquely yours?
Recently, we completed two bathroom remodels in the same Burlington condominium complex, proving that even identical floor plans can produce dramatically different results. By tailoring each design to the homeowner's needs, style preferences, and daily routines, we transformed two outdated bathrooms into spaces that deliver both beauty and functionality.
Whether you're considering a simple refresh or a complete renovation, these side-by-side projects offer inspiration and practical ideas for making the most of your condo bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Spacious Spa Upgrade
The homeowners of the first bathroom had recently moved into the space and felt the primary bathroom did not match the newness of the rest of the house, with builder-grade materials and misuse of space. When Bath Tune-Up Burlington & West Oakville took on the project, they overhauled most elements of the space: flooring, tiling, vanity, shower, and bath. By switching from an alcove to freestanding tub and removing the divider wall between the two wet spaces, the area of the room was used more efficiently, gaining 12 cm on the tub length as well at 18 cm more to the shower portion. The removal of the divider wall plus installation of a glass shower enclosure gave the visual of a much larger room as well. The exterior of the bathroom elements weren’t the only things to see a transformation. The homeowners particularly called out the excitement they have around refined storage pieces, including soft-close deep drawers and storage niches. They functional improvements lend to the overall elevated spa-feel. The guest bathroom also received a splash of color and light to the vanity and mirror.

Bathroom 2: Spacious Spa Upgrade

The second space had a very similar layout with the wet space location swapped. Similar to the first bathroom, the builder grade and beige palette was exchanged for a pop of color and storage improvement. The vanity was upgraded to a beautiful powdery blue, and made into a double sink space more conducive to a couple. Gold fixtures complement the blue with a touch of warmth. Along with the similar cabinetry organizers, an extra touch of function was added via a tip-out tray.

Bathroom remodels can come in many shapes, sizes, and styles. The first step often times can be understanding the space you are working with and what is achievable with that space. Being able to showcase multiple remodels within the same Burlington complex led to additional homeowners in the same complex to reach out and move forward with their remodel net!
